Due to the current situation with Covid-19 and BellaLunas commitment to maintaining a safe work environment there will be a mandatory 72 hour hold on all returns prior to processing. We apologize for the delay and thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe work environment.

At BellaLunas, we pride ourselves on our luxurious one of a kind designs with quality craftsmanship. However, we understand that sometimes you can change your mind.

We are happy to accept returns and will issue store credit only for the amount of the item(s). Please review our return policy below.

Returns are for store credit only! No refunds will be issued. 

All items marked FINAL SALE may not be returned or exchanged. 

All returns/exchanges must be done within 7 days of order receipt. 

We reserve the right to deny a refund or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. 

Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, or smell of smoke or perfume, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

HOW DO I RETURN MY MERCHANDISE?

  1. We offer a simple option to send back your return merchandise! Follow our easy steps for a hassle-free return.
  2. Please review our return policy to be sure your return meets our requirements. Returns that do not meet requirements will not be accepted and additional postage will be paid to have them returned to you.
  3. Place unwanted merchandise in a shipping safe box or envelope with original invoice included.
  4. Mail your return to:

Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of our receiving them.

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing once your return is received. A confirmation email will be sent to you with your available store credit  for your next BellaLunas item's purchase any time.
